While we are DVC members, my family ha done the Grand Plan once every five years or so. I undestand that we could not do this under the DVC rules but we are still considering doing the Grand Plan again at some point (i.e. we know that we would have to do this outside the DVC). Would the costs of a Grand Plan vacation be subject to the rebate?
