Additional discounts for DVC purchase?

Is there a thread that lists all discounts for DVC and which can be stacked?

I did not know about D23 until reading through this thread which made me think there may other discounts I am eligible for but dont know about. Right now, my list is Disney Visa, D23, and cast friends and family. I did confirm with my guide that cast and D23 do not stack.

Any amount saved is great news for me so Im curious what other discounts are out there or have been out there in the past and may reappear like the Disney Visa.

They change with each cycle and intra-cycle.
Some things to look for:

Magic Beginnings (buy back current year points at $20/point)
Referrals ($500 for new buyers)
Visa discount ($1000 off of 150+ points)
Military discount
Cast members discount?
D23 (think it’s $500 and for gold level and above)
Other one off incentives (think the cabins had extra money off during last cycle)

There’s also a thread floating around about maximizing credit card usage. I think the consensus is use the Disney Visa if you want the 6 months of interest free. Use Chase Sapphire cards for 3 points on the travel category. Use a zero interest card if you want no interest for 21+ months (have to find one that’s offering it)

I was wondering if there is ever an annual pass discount or any Florida resident perks. Have the pass discounts just been for California?
