Adding Wine Package

Has anyone ever managed to add a wine package to there WDW reservation and dining plan as a UK guest.. Its an addition on the website that has to be booked before arrival, however when you call the UK number they dont seem to have any idea how it works..

I didn't notice it as an add on on the UK site. Is that new? As far as I was aware the wine & dine was only available with a US MYW package. Perhaps the staff don't know how to deal with it yet. Did you book directly with Disney UK?
