Adding to Park Hopper/Non-Expiring - Can it be done??

Sorry if this is a dumb question or has been asked a million times already.

I have read a few threads about people adding to their tickets and getting the same price as the original purchase price. Does this work for Park Hopper/Non-expiring tickets that we purchased last year and have 2 days left on them?

No it will not work, once you use the tickets you only have 14 days to upgrade them, so those would not be upgradeable at this point.
