Adding tickets & meal plan to Pin Code reservation?

I apologize if this has been asked a million times before!

I'm hoping to take advantage of a room discount pin and I know I can add tickets and the meal plan (at full price)...but I'm wondering if I have to do that when I book? Or can I add the tickets and meal plan later, without losing the room discount?

It will not effect your discount - it will effect whether it is a room only ressie or a package ressie.

When you go from a room-only to a "package" with tickets and meal plan, they have to basically re-book it again and the deposits are different. Room only is one night's deposit, packages are $200.00.

Cancellation policies and pay-off policies are different.

Make sure if you wait and add the meal plan, you must do it within no less than 72 hours. You can also wait and purchase tickets when you get there or purchase them from a reliable place such as Underground Tourist.

All of those will not effect your discount.

So...even though they have to rebook it again as a "package ressie", they can still book with the PIN? Even if it's months later and the PIN has expired??

Yes; however, once a PIN or promo has expired, a regular reservation CM cannot access the discount and availability, so he/she will have to talk to Guest Services and they will have to make the change so you don't lose your discount .
