Adding Third Guest - DVC

Just a quick question (and I have also posted this on DVC Mousellaenous but I know this thread sees more traffic)--we have rented points for both May and October. If our adult daughter wanted to join us on one trip or the other, how do we add her as a guest? There would only be three of us in the deluxe studio. Would we need to go through the person from whom we rented to do it--add her at arrival or not add her at all. She would have separate tickets on a separate MDE account, MBs from prior trips to link her ticket.

I know how this all works within the regular resort portion of the hotel and the need for a third person charge, but have no clue how this works with DVC.

The owner you rented with has to add her. You have no ability to change the reservatuon.

Thanks! That is how I thought it should roll, but didn't know if we could just show up and add her or we had to do it in advance. She may not know until last minute, may not fly with us, etc.

We added a 4th when we got to the villa no problem. They gave her a keycard for room entry but I loaned her one of my old bands since she wanted that instead.

Probably easier to just let your owner know, though.

Since there isn't a charge for a third adult in the room with DVC, why not have her added now? She can always just not show up if it turns out she can't go, and she could get her own personalized MagicBand to use if she can go.
