Adding pictures to signature

How do you add pictures to your signature? I am not exactly computer savy! I have adobe photoshop onto which I have downloaded all my pics from my digital camera. Thanks for any help!

Thanks! I just tried all the instructions given in that thread and then when I pressed upload picture it said:

There were 1 files which exceeded limits which do not appear in this list:
IMGP1321.JPG (exceeds filesize limit).
Either remove files to make more room or reduce the size of the files you are uploading and then try again.

It is just a standard picture from a digital camera...any suggestions?
