Is there a difference in price if I buy my base tickets with the PH option or if I just add the PH option later (like at the resort before first use)?

No difference in price - it's the same whether you add them when you purchase your tickets, or anytime during your trip.

It's actually a good idea to wait to add that option if you're not sure you'll use it. If you decide you don't need it, you'll save $60+ per ticket!
