Adding PH at Guest Relations

When going to Guest Relations to add the PH option to tickets, do all adults need to be present? I was planning to go to Guest Relations to do the add-on while my husband and kids enjoy the park.

For Florida residents, yes. For everyone else, technically no, but some CMs might want everyone there.
