We're staying in the Treehouse Villas for a week in January. My family is my DH, myself and our two boys (18 and 21). My parents live in FL during the cold months and are going to come stay with us for a few days, one of my son's friends is in college a couple of hours away and is going to come stay for a couple of days and my sister might fly down and stay too. We didn't plan on doing the dining plan this trip anyway and the villa sleeps 9 so even if everyone is there on the same day we're all going to fit.
How do I work having all these people on the reservation? Do I have to know exactly what days they're going to be there before I add them?
Except for my son's friend we all just vacationed in the Dominican Republic together for an entire week spending just about all of our time together and it was awesome. Wish me luck that this works out as well
