So I'm currently scrambling to buy my tickets from UndercoverTourist for our trip later this year before the price increases. We will either be getting a 9 or 10 day ticket but unsure if we actually want/need the Park Hopper option since we haven't planned that much yet. I know you can upgrade to the park hopper option at any time. How much more is it to add the park hopper option later on than it is to just buy the park hopper tickets from UndercoverTourist?

Come to think of it...If I wait until we are actually on our trip to add the park hopper option it will probably cost more either way due to the increase in ticket prices right? I'm sure they are going to increase the park hopper upgrade price right?

do not know what discount you get with the UT tickets. from Disney site 9 day regular is $370 P/h $439. 10 day regular $380 P/h $449.

Without double checking, I believe getting it now is a little cheaper. Like you said it almost will be for sure after an increase.
I would check out officialticketcenter.com too, I am looking at 9 day hopper/water and it's cheaper then UT if you are using the touringplans vs mousesavers links

And, ParkSavers.com has been a favored ticket source within the past few months.

The best deals can change.

Free enterprise and completion at work.

The benefit of purchasing tickets from a third-party reseller is that Disney bridges the ticket to the current gate price when upgrading. Therefore, you would not have to pay the difference due to the price increase. If the park hopper option increases in price, then you would, obviously, have to pay that price for the park hopper option.

The Hopper looks to be changing in some ways (don't know about the price-point) for tomorrow.

Stay tuned.

We decided to not take the chance and just get the 10-day with park hopper. We like having the freedom to go anywhere we'd like for dinner.
