Adding on

Caught the add on bug. Couple of questions for the pros out there. We were in Disney a couple of weeks ago, talked to our guide and toured the AKV models. DH fell in love with the rooms.

My questions are if we were to buy around 100 points (we already own 150 pts), what would make more sense, adding on to our Saratoga Springs contract or buying at AKV (DH is not crazy about SSR). Also, besides the obvious of saving dollars/pts purchasing a resale contract from the Timeshare store, what are the pros and cons of doing that??? Does anyone know what fees are associated with that as Disney pays all closing costs, etc.

If your DH is in love with AKV and not crazy about SSR, then I would do an add-on at AKV. There isn't much availability of AKV on the resale market yet, but Disney is offering some good incentives.
