Adding on points....

Hi everyone I yet another question for you all (all of you have been so helpful by the way...I love that I found this forum!)

If we buy only a min of points at akv say 160-180 then decide to add on on at BW or CRV does that mean we really have 210 pts total now that we are free to use -and we can use those at BW at the 11 month mark as well as akv at the 11 month mark? Or does it not work that way? TIA!

To book at AKV in the 11-month window you need AKV points. To book at BWV in the 11-month window you need BWV points. You cannot use AKV points at BWV (or vice versa) 11 months out just because you own a contract at both resorts.

However, you can bank and borrow your points so that you'd have access to 3 years worth of points for one reservation.
