adding on points

We own at BWV and are thinking of adding on-as our kids get older we need a larger room, no more studios! I'm confused reading about the 11 month windows if you own at 2 resorts. Is there any easy way to do this-or do you just have to plan to excess for it to work? We usually go to WDW every 2 or 3 years with banking points so we can stay for 10 days or so. Any suggestions?

It's not all that complicated. For instance, if you own 200 points at OKW, you have an 11 month window at that resort. If you in turn purchase 150 points at BWV, that gives you an 11 month window at BWV. You cannot combine the two to get an 11 month ressie at either resort for 350 points.

However, you can always "lock in" a ressie at one resort at the 11 month window and take your chances at switching it over to the other at 7 months.
