No, Members do not vote individually. They are represented by people appointed by Disney. IMO, what you are suggesting could result in the removal of DVCMC as the managing entity for a particular resort and there are some very serious consequences to that!

Please remember that the DISboards will not permit itself to be used as a means to organize group action.
