Adding on Non-Expiring Days After Leaving?

I'm still within the 14 days of using my first ticket on my 2-day Parkhopper, but at this point I've used both days and am now back home in NC. Is it possible to add non-expiring days onto my tickets still through guest services (over the phone with my confirmation # possibly) as we might be going again in June.

My guess is No. But if anyone knows for sure, I'd be grateful. Thanks!

Not sure about a tickets' that's been used up but here's what I did after our trip this last January. I had used 3 days already. I called WDW Ticketing ( I still had the invoice as they had mailed me the tickets) and told them I wanted to add 1 day to my original 7 day no-expire park hopper. So essentially I was turning it from a 7 day to an 8 day pass. They quoted me a price and told me to send to them within the 14 day window since first use and they will send it back with the additional day. It takes 2-3 weeks. In less than 3 weeks via FedEx I got a new ticket which read 8 day park hopper on the back.
Good luck.

Interesting question. I guess the only way to know for sure would be to call Disney. I think there's definitely a possibility that you still can.

Some numbers to consider.

A ten day parkhopper is $270.

A ten day parkhopper with no expire is $450.

You have already paid $184 for a two day parkhopper.

It would cost $266 more to convert that to a ten day parkhopper with no expire, plus your exprerss mail fees.

If you tell how many days you will need in June I can give you exact amounts.

(Note all amounts I quoted are current gate prices without the 6.5% tax.)

I called and spoke to one CM who really seemed very unsure. He asked around and finally said No. But I'm not really convinced.

If I could still add on the extra days at this point, I definitely want to. Again, my original 2 days are used up...so no more days left on the ticket...but I'm still within the original 14 day mark.

But I would love to add another 4 days with no expiration. Thanks again.

The price to upgrade to a six day NE from a two day would add $143 (plus tax) to each ticket. You just need to be sure that you need exactly four days on your next trip.

If I were you, I'd call again. You'll get someone else and they might be more sure.

I'd call back if I were you. I've added days and the no expiration option onto a ticket after I returned home (but within 14 days of first use). I did it over the phone with a credit card; I then mailed them the ticket and they mailed it back to me.

It has been my understanding that once the days are used up, you cannot make any changes/upgrades to the ticket. There has to be at least one day remaining on it. I would definitely call and double-check, because I am not 100% sure, but I do remember reading/hearing that somewhere.

Even if all of the days have been used up, you can still upgrade the ticket as long as you are within 14 days of the first time that it was used. I'm not sure if the OP can upgrade the passes over the phone but I am sure about this.

It is a normal procedure. It happens often in the winter when a family has completely used their tickets and find that their home airport is closed and they have to stay at WDW for another day or two. As long as it is a slow time they can usually extend their rooms without a problem and we will add days to the tickets at any ticket booth or Guest Relations Office. The only two restrictions are the total number of days on a ticket cannot exceed ten and the 14 day expiration rule still applies.

Keep in mind that the 14-day rule applies to when WDW Ticketing receives and processes your FedEx shipment. If you're still within your 14-day window now, but can't have the tickets in their hands before it ends, you'll be out of luck for the upgrade.

Helping a friend plan her WDW vacation. She, of course, is clueless & I'm trying to help without being pushy;) I believe they've gotten in on the free PH & WP upgrade although she has not called to confirm that. Since they will be there 14 days, I suggested getting the full 10 day base tickets. Now, how much would it cost them to add the non-expiring option when the get down there. Their kids are 10 & 12 so I'm guessing they'll go again in the future.

TIA!

Gail

I do believe the cost of no expiry is $35 per adult ticket. I'm not sure if it's lower for children's tickets or not.

$180 per ticket. (At 10 & 12, the kids are considered adults for ticketing purposes, so the same for all tickets.)

$720 is a lot!!! My guess is they'd probably not want to spend that much. Thanks for the info.
