I am hoping someone can help me because I cant seem to find the section on my upcoming cruise reservation where I can add my (Non DCL booked) flight information or do I need to call and add this through an agent?
Thank you for your help :)

When you complete online check-in, which opens 30 days before your cruise, you should be able, and required, to enter transportation information. There is no need for DCL to have this information much before the day of the cruise, and even then, it is relevant only if you have booked transportation through DCL (so they know which bus you will probably be on, helping with load balance) or if your flight is significantly delayed. If many flights are delayed, it is possible the cruise will depart a little later. If just a few passengers are affected, DCL will know who may need to cancel or make arrangements to meet the ship at a port.

Hint: If you want your onboard check in to go quicker skip entering the flight details when you first do your check in. You can just click "no flights" or whichever button is other than flights. You can then go back at a later time and add your flight details. It takes awhile to add all the flight details and many people like to get through the online check in process quicker to get to the part where you pick a PAT (port arrival time). Many like to get an early PAT.

On the other hand, if you are taking DCL transfers from a WDW resort or from the Hyatt then you do not have to pick a PAT and you can add your flight details at the get go when you do your online check in. DCL transfers from MCO still need to pick a PAT.

Thank you everyone for your helpful answers. I thought that in past Disney Cruises I was able to enter my flight information before check in but I must have mixed it up in my memories...

In the past (pre-2021), check-in happened at the same time as activity booking, based on Castaway Club level or Concierge booking. So you are correct that on previous cruises you could enter flight information several months before the cruise.

Online check in for us was tonight. I usually call and have an agent add our flight info prior to check in because it makes online check in go that much faster.

With that being said, I had check in done by 11:09, (we live in MN) we still got boarding group 7! Which I thought was really late considering how quickly the online check in went.
