Chance that something would go wrong! Say you used two days on your tickets and there would be an emergency at home, could you add no expire and save the tickets for a later date? Just checking to see if you have the option to add something after using the ticket. Thanks for your help!

If I am not mistaken you can upgrade a ticket while they are still good up to like 14 days of the first day of use. So, yes you could add the no expiration option here.

My issue with updating after you have used some of the days is that you must pay to for the " used days " to be non-expire. This happened to me before. I had used three days of a ten day ticket , asked about making the change and was told I needed to pay for all ten days . This happened quite a few years ago , so , maybe they have eased up on that requirement. Hope so :cool1:

No they haven't. You pay for the non expiration for the entire ticket, just like park hoppers. It's a flat rate for the type of ticket you have

If there really is a provable emergency Disney is really good about helping you. I'd go to GS at a park and explain what happened.

They might be able to comp the no expire or something.

I know one year I was with my inlaw parents and my FiL brother ended up in hospice, not expected to live through the weekend so they changed flights to get home and we had MNSSHP tickets. I went and asked about them (really I just went and said if you can find someone that can use these) I explained knowing they where non refundable. The CM got who ever she needed to refunded them.

They asked about our tickets because they offered to refund the unused part. I told them thanks but all 4 of us have APs they did send us flowers to our room.
