Adding New CC to MDE

I booked all of our dining reservations with one card, but would like to take this card off of the account and add a new one.

Will my dining ressies be lost if I remove the card from the account and add another?
Or will I have to call Disney and add a new card to each ressie?

With most ADR's, your credit card is only used to hold the reservation. Nothing is charged until you have your meal. Then, you present a credit card or use your magic band to charge it to your room. So, you can just give your waiter a different credit card when you are at the restaurant.
The exception would be for anything that requires prepayment (i.e Cinderella's Royal Table, Hoop Dee Doo Revue, or Mickey's Backyard BBQ). Those are actually charged to your credit card at the time of booking. You would probably have to ask them to credit your card and recharge a different card, which is easiest done in person at WDW.
