Adding Magical Express to existing reservation

Can I add the Magical Express to an existing resort reservation? Apparently when my TA booked our trip, they didn't add it (even though I requested it).

If so, should I just call WDW-Magic?

Yes, it can be added. Tell your travel agent to do it. They were supposed to in the first place.

I just updated my reservation with my flights. I called 1-407WDISNEY. Your travel agent should still be able to add it. All you need is your resort reservation number and the CM on the phone will add your arriving and returning flight numbers.

I always add mine later. We always book our resort early so we get what we want then when airline prices come out we book them. Then all we do is call Disney with our flight numbers and we've never had a problem.

One thing to be aware of it that the DME may not (won't?) show up on your My Disney Experience reservations. In the past, I thought I was able to both add and view my DME reservations on the website. Now, I'm not able to do either. I called and had my flights added. Just to make sure everything was all set, when I called back about something else, I inquired to make sure they were entered correctly and there were no problems - now just to wait to use them in August!

I always have mine added later with no problem. I book my flights after I book my Disney package and they need the flight numbers to book DME anyway, so it all works out. I just gave my TA our flight info the other day and they showed up on the website almost immediately!
