Adding lighting for an evening Escape ceremony?

Hi all! I am in the process of planning an Escape wedding. We are hoping for a 5pm October ceremony at Sea Breeze Point. Disney has told us that they can't do 5pm Escape outdoor weddings in October because it will be too dark. The sales person I spoke to was going to look into pricing for lighting.

My question is - why do I need lighting at 5pm in October in Florida??? It won't be dark then. Also there is existing lighting at Sea Breeze Point. I'm just a little confused here, so I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this. Any sense of how much the lighting package would cost? Thanks so much!

They told me the same thing about August... It's basically full on daylight at 5pm in August. If the sales consultant took the date and time you want and passed it on I wouldnt worry about it until they confirm availability. Talk to your coordinator once you're booked they have a much better idea of what's actually going on.
