adding last minute

We want to take my niece with us when we go in October, however her momma may or may not allow her to go. So we cant add her till last minute. But in doing so she wont get a magicband (colored) and she wont be on any of our fast passes. Nor will she be listed on any of our ADRS, Any suggestions as to what we can do??

For the most important ones (anna and elsa) we can book it using my mom or sons name, and she will just go in their place, but for attractions where we all wanna ride (7dmt) how can we do that?
Any help would be appreciated on this.

If it's important to you, buy her ticket (as a stand-alone) now, and book her at the resort.
Make all of your group's FP+ when the 60-day in advance time comes.

If she does not go, you will be able to keep the ticket for future use and just "eat" the resort charge (if there is any.)
(If you know by 45 days out, you can cancel her at the resort at no charge.)

and the adrs I realized i can add a 5th person without them being on the ressie..

You need to buy her a 7-day ticket to make 7 days worth of FP+.

Buy her a ticket for the number of days you will be there (7 days?)
You won't lose that money, even if she does not go.

The ticket will retain it's value for use on a future trip.

When you add her to your resort reservation, it will provide her a customized MagicBand.

You won't be able to book her FP+ at the 60-day mark without her being registered at a WDW resort at least 60 days in advance.

If you don't mind trying to book her FP+ at 30 days out (and doing so every day until you have booked for her the total number of days of our trip) and trying to somehow match her to YOUR FP+ times, then you don't need to register her at the resort in advance.

(You MIGHT very well be able to get a colored (not just grey) MagicBand for her even if you register her
at check-in.)
