I'm trying to add a small image to my signature. I posted it on Flickr but can't seem to be able to include the image when editing my sig. Is there a way to enter the image directly on the sig edit page, perhaps with a cut & paste from my Mac? Any other suggestions?

Hmmm, no answer yet? FWIW this is the image I'm trying to add to my signature. Image.jpg
I'm able to add it to a forum post by using the image upload in the tool bar and dragging a picture into the popup window. I don't get that window when editing my signature.

Managed to do it by first adding the image to the forum post here and then control clicking on it to get the url which I could then enter into the box in the signature editing page.

I'm glad you posted this as my signature graphic suddenly disappeared and I couldn't remember how to get the graphic into DisBoards so I could use it.

Hmm.... let's try that
I have an image in a document file, could you explain (simple words) how (if?) I can do that to put the image in my signature?

I'll give it a try:
1First notice in the heading of each post there are a row of symbols, starting with the letter B, the I and continuing until you see the interlocked links, the a square icon and then a happy face.
2The square icon is what you need to first get the image loaded. You click on that icon and then drag/drop your desired image to the popup window.
Once that is done you can click post reply.
3 Then go back into the post and right click on the image and choose "copy image address"
4 Go to your signature and click edit. at the appropriate spot in your signature click on the interlocking links and then past the address you copied in #3 above. Save your signature.

Hope that works for you.

I'm having trouble finding where to edit my signature. I don't see it under My Profile (or a way to change my avatar).

Click on your board name in the upper right side of the page. That will bring you to your "Account Details" page. On the left side is a list and about half way down that list is "Signature". Click on that to edit your signature.

As far as your avatar goes, on that same Account details page, click on 'Your Profile' and click on your current avatar.

Thanks. That's where I was looking (I've been using message boards for over 20 years). Those options don't exist for me. I'm wondering whether one needs a certain amount of seniority on this site to be able to customize a profile.
