adding guests very last minute

so our two friends may be joining us very last minute in our villa... we arrive in early Sept. Is it better if I call ahead and get them added or should we just do it at the checkin counter?

Add them before you arrive. I had a terrible time trying to do it at the front desk at the bcv in May. They said they would have to cancel my reservation and then rebook it. They said it would take about an hour to do it. I just didn't want some cast member messing with my points. If you have the dining plan it's even more complicated.

Just send MS an email via the member website to add the names.

Never thought of just emailing MS That's a nice easy fix.... do I need their full address etc etc. I remember the last trip I did when my brother's family came I needed full addresses etc.

Yes you will need full name and address as it is on their ID.. I also always add adult non members. I also always add via member site email.

LOL so I called to get them added and MS didn't even want their address after I contacted our friends to get their exact mailing address, etc that they're showing on their ID as they've recently moved and I didn't know which address they had on their ID. LOL Oh MS I wish you'd be consistent!
