Adding Guests to ADR?

I have a late lunch reservation at San Angel Inn (Epcot) on NYE, how difficult would it be to add two additional guests to the reservation? What if I show up with the the two additional guests at the podium? Is there a chance that they would accommodate the extra people or will they turn them away?

Call and try to add them. Just about any other day I would show up and give it a try but I think they are really busy and booked on NYE. If you can't add them then I would keep checking online and try to get another table for 2 for close to the same time, especially the day/night before when people cancel to avoid the cancellation fee.

You can try to add them, but I wouldn't count on being able to.

You can just show up with them, and they'll try to accommodate them, but there is a pretty decent chance that they won't be able to. I would recommend that your friends come up with a plan b.

You can always try at the podium, but you should have in mind what you plan to do if the extra 2 people are not admitted. Especially on NYE.

If you all walk away without being seated you'll be charged as a no-show.

They will seat them if they have room. The odds of them having room on a major holiday are, unfortunately, not good. There is no way any of us can say for sure if they will have room or not. So you have to decide, how lucky do you feel? Is it worth it to you to risk having your friends turned away, or walking away from the ADR totally and paying the no show fee?
