Adding guest to concierge reservation

Thinking about booking a Concierge stateroom for Alaska at the end of June 22. I know I have to pay in full in 1 day, but If I need to add someone (adult) at the reservation closer to the sailing date, is it possible? any "fees" besides the amount for adding an adult?

When adding more people to a reservation DCL asks 3 questions:
1) Is there another bed in the room? (Can't put 5 people in a 4 person room).
2) Is there space in the lifeboat assigned to that room? (Space in lifeboats fill before all beds in any given area are occupied).
3) Is there space in the appropriate kids' club?

If the answer is "no" to any of these, then you can't add the person.

I'll also point out adding people later means they pay the prevailing price, not the price they would have paid had they been on the reservation to start with.
