Adding Grandma to our room

We have a package for this weekend with room/tickets (family of 4) at Art of Animation in a family suite. Considering bringing my mom along, but she doesn't want to do the parks, just wants to hang out with us at night for meals and enjoy the resort pool while we are at the parks. Can I add her at check-in as a guest since there is room for her in the room?
