I ordered annual passes for my family and we got "exchange certificates" in the mail. How do I add these to MDE on disneyworld.com so I will be able to book FP+s? It says I need to take them to Epcot, HS, AK, or TTC and exchange them for a real ticket. But I won't be at WDW until my vacation, so how can I book FP+s without the real ticket?

Did you order online? If so, they may already be in your account. If not, you should be able to use the numbers on the back.

There is a bar code on the paper receipt that you can scan in with your mobile device or there is a will call number that you can type into MDE. We buy vouchers all the time and have never had a problem. You need to go to a window upon arrival so they can "activate" them with an expiration date and verify you are a DVC member (if using those discounted APs) Once you link the barcode or number you can make FP+ reservations for each person with a linked ticket at the 60 day mark if onsite and 30 if offsite.
Enjoy your trip!!
