I believe you can in a Disney Store. You can also combine cards at https://www.disneygiftcard.com/ up to $1000 per card if you buy a another gift card wherever you want.

Well I'm not sure when I'll be back at a Disney Store. I was hoping I could do it electronically or over the phone.

Disney gift cards are sold just about everywhere in stores and many places online. Just buy the denomination you want and use Disneygiftcard.com to combine them with your existing card. No need to make a trip to the Disney Store.
