I've been drinking an Atkin's Shake for lunch daily. It helps eliminating the decision of what to eat -just have to decide on a flavor. I've added a little variety. I put some Toroni Sugar-Free Mango Syrup in the Vanilla Shake. To me , it becomes a tasty tropical smoothie (especially if I add ice and throw it in the blender). Tomorrow I'm going to put some chocolate syrup in the strawberry shake- do you think it will be like chocloate-covered strawberries
