Adding DDP (TIW now?) for a third party

I have never personally used the Dining Plan while at WDW, so I don't know where to start on this one.

If I am using my membership to make a reservation for a third party, can I add the Dining Plan for them? How does that work?

Yes you can add the DDP for renters. You must make any changes to the DDP must be made at least 48 hours prior to the checkin date. All persons listed on the reservation must be on the plan. Your renters are not able to talk to MS.

The DDE (Disney Dining Experience) is what is changing to TIW. That's totally different from the DDP.
