Adding DDP late in the game?

We arrive Tues for two nights in POR and then move over to OKW for 3 nights. We've been on the fence about the DDP and I think we'd like to try it if we can still add it.

Is it possible to add it to the 2 night room only res at POR? It was an option when we were making the room only res at the passholder rate. I know it's available for the DVC room, but is it too late to add?

What's the best way to go about adding it? This is the first trip that I've been doing the online ADR's and planning, very handy!

The dining plan must be added 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival day.

For DVC, it is up to 48 hours in advance.
