If you bought a 2 day pass and then would like to upgrade to have 3 days, can you just add a day to the tickets through MDE?

If this was a stand-alone ticket and not part of a WDW resort package,
you must wait to do the upgrade until after you arrive at WDW.

1. Even if you bought the tickets on MDE?
2. Can they be upgraded at any park,
3. I guess at the ticket windows?

1. Yup.
2. Correct.
3. Yes, or any Guest Relations.

Can I upgrade a 4 day pass purchased (from Undercover Tourist) to a 6 day hopper, and then... upgrade again to 7 day (or annual pass) if we decide to do extra day in the parks or add an extra trip next year?

Yes, I have done this same thing. I upgraded a 6 day ticket to a 7. Then later that same week I upgraded to an AP for my son.

You can upgrade as many times as you like, up to the maximum ticket available.

Two scenarios on our trip. We are going to arrive about 8am at POP. From there, we are checking in and then heading to AK for half the day:
1. We have a package with 2 day park hoppers. We want to upgrade to 3 day park hoppers.
2. My parents have a package with one day/one park tickets. Also have previous non-expiring park hoppers with one day left on each of them. They want to upgrade to a Florida Weekday Select Annual Pass.

  • I know we can upgrade, but can we upgrade upon check-in at our hotel?
  • Can my parents use both of their tickets toward upgrading to their annual pass?

1. You can, but don't.
Wait until after (any time after) you have entered a theme park using your original tickets.

2. No.
Tickets cannot be combined for use or for upgrading.

I guess don't' understand why you say "don't". Is there a downfall with it? Also how is that possible then with my parents wanting to upgrade to an AP using their one day/one park tickets? When they enter the park, the tickets are then used up. Then they won't be able to use them towards the AP, correct?
