I purchased a non-expiring 6 day pass, and have used a few days on it. It was more than two weeks ago - is it still possible to add another day to it or is it too late?

You can surely add on extra days, as long as even a single day remains unused on the pass, up to a total of ten.

I was told that, after 14 days from first use, you have to use the dollar value trade up method instead of the add features (upgrade) method. But the CM may throw you a little extra pixie dust if you are just a few days past the 14 day deadline.

For dollar value trade up, the gate price of your old MYW pass is pro-rated when you trade up to another MYW pass but is short rated (I'm not sure of the exact formula) when you trade up towards an AP.

You mean 14 days after first use, correct?

It's 14 days from first use, not after first use. The day you first use the ticket counts as day 1. You have 13 additional days after that.

Yes, sorry... "from first use."

Interesting -- the rather significant semantic difference between "from first use" and "after first use" hasn't occurred to me before in these discussions.
