I have searched the boards but not found the answer to this particular question. I was thinking of purchasing the "sale" Parksavers 7 day hopper ticket with the three free days for a March trip. What I really need is 8 day hoppers.
Can I buy the Parksavers 7 day hopper tickets for my March trip then upgrade them to 8 day hoppers when I am there in January so I can get most of the fp window for that new 8th day in March? I won't be using the tickets until March so I don't know if they can be "bridged" so I still keep the savings or if I wind up paying the Disney gate price unless I wait until March to add the day, and miss out on the fp advantage window for the new 8th day. At that point, no need to do any of this, I was just trying to save money buy buying the most discounted ticket.
