Adding celebration

I made a room only reservation and realized they didn't ask me if we were celebrating anything. When I went on the website I wasn't able to find where to add it. I know you used to be able to do this. Did they change it? If not can anyone tell me how to go about adding my celebration. Thanks!

Call the central reservation line and have the CM add it to your reservation.

This is good to know! I called today to add 2 celebrations to a few ADR's and while the resort line was GREAT the dining line seemed kind of blah and wanted off the phone...after adding to one ADR they said "is there anything else you need today?" I felt like I was bugging her so I just called back for a different CM for the 2nd, thinking CM 1 just wasn't very outgoing. CM 2 was a bit more upbeat but rushed me off the phone again after adding to 1 ADR. I had noted I had a few ADR's in the beginning of the call too

It was the only time I have felt odd during a call, but maybe they are trying to limit people to one celebration ADR? Seems unlikely but who knows! I will try the old site. I can still access it via my ipad!

I had a wonderful experience adding celebrations! I looked online forever for a way to add celebrations but Evan was so awesome on the phone! He even added our celebrations to every ADR when I was only requesting to add it to 1. Then he put my father in laws 50th birthday in bold caps on the reservation so it wouldn't be missed. I wish I could ask for Evan every time I call in!
Just call - it's really easy for them to do (even if some of them don't act like it.)

How do you go on the old website? I called to add the celebration and the lady was really nice about it but it was almost like I just called for that.

From what I've read (and tried) there really is no "back door". I tried using an old link I had and it still redirected to the new system. Some people have claimed they can use the old website from an iPad (I'm assuming its the disneyworld.com address - that's what was in my email from 3 years ago) but I never got to it.
It was the only thing I called in for as well but they do it all day, everyday. It's there job. Don't feel guilty. I clean people's wounds and ostomy bags all day and I hope they never feel guilty for asking me for help. It's my job and I'm glad to do it.
Just call and enjoy your trip!
