Adding a room-only night same resort question

If we are already staying for 6 nights at POP can we book a separate 7th night room-only reservation and request he same room so we don’t have to move? If will they be able to guarantee we will be in the same room?

We have 6 nights on the dining plan but are thinking of adding a night due to the return flights we were able to book a day later than originally planned. We are leaving in the morning so don’t really want to pay for another dining plan day.

You can request the same room but it cannot be guaranteed at booking.

yep, it'd be a separate booking, and you can request to stay in the same room but no guarantees. You may be better off asking the front desk early.

Call in to have the note requesting this added to your reservation. Remind them at check-in. They will try to make it work. No guarantees, but they probably will be able to make it work for you.

Be sure to book the same room category for both reservations.

We have done it a few times and only had to move once.

Be absolutely sure that you have booked the exact same room category for both reservations, call and have your reservations linked and then take the time to go to the desk and check in for the first reservation so you can alert the CM of your continuing reservation. You will have to check out/check in the next day and I always head to the desk again in hopes that the CM will be able to keep us in the same room.

I am always prepared to move just in case
