ok so the back story is that i gave everyone a deadline to decide if they were going to disney as part of a family reunion weekend. my neice (age 19) said no no no, now my sister says she's bringing her. we're only staying one night and in the park one day. my current reservation and adr's are for 8 people (7 adults, 1 child). i know our room can accommodate adding her, just not sure how much extra they'll charge for that. but any thoughts on how much trouble it will be for her to squeeze in to our table ...like lunch at ltt? it's way to late now to make new adr's since it's wednesday and we go this sunday.

8 to 9 could be really tough for them to squeeze y'all into. There aren't many tables big enough for 8 to begin with, and 9 really requires a bigger table altogether. It doesn't hurt to try to show up with the 9th, but you may well find they can't accommodate you, or they have to seat you at two tables. It probably depends on how crowded, and how many ADRs they already have for large parties that night.

I agree, plus I think they have to go by the fire codes too. Only a certain amount of people are aloud in the restaurant at a time. I have heard that they usually try to accommodate you, but like the other poster said, you may be at two tables.
