Adding a pack n play

We are renting DVC points this trip and need to add a pack and play for our littlest. Can I just stop by the front desk and they drop it off while we are at the park, or can I call ahead and have it added? Or does the member who “owns” the reservation have to do it before hand?

You should have 1 in the unit. If not, just press the HOUSEKEEPING button on the phone and they will bring you one.

When I was talking to Member Services on the phone, they put this request in for my December split stay.

They told me if there is not a pack n play in the room after the request, to just call the front desk?

Typically the “front desk” button is routed to a off site call center. I’ve had good luck pressing the housekeeping button for requests (like towels or blankets)

I agree with above - call Housekeeping to get someone actually there at the resort. They handle the pack n plays. I've read mention that since reopening they're not always in the rooms as they used to be, so you have to request one - probably so that they can be cleaned and kept clean between guests.

Since reopen they tend to bring them on request. Lets them clean them between guests and know which ones have seen actual use vs. just sitting in the closet.

Call Housekeeping. Never call the front desk.

Yes , housekeeping . You need to call from your to get your rm number.

Actually , EVERY call goes to the call center . All calls go through call center . ABC, all resorts, housekeeping, parks, disability
. It comes in to same phone' trunk' , then if need be transferred

They aren’t in the room anymore, you need to request. It’s pretty easy (as others mentioned).

We have gotten a full size crib before, but they might have a limited quantity and are only available upon request.
