So I just posted in the ticket section about my parents possibly coming in earlier then planned. Which my question was solved in about 10 mins.. Thank you all..
My next question is if I want to add them to my reservation (which they are not on now at all) how will Disney handle this and what should I do?

Is there a fee associated with adding them?

Thanks all

Do you have a package or room-only reservation? What is the capacity of your room and how many guests are already listed on it? Where are you staying?

Staying at AOA. Right now 2 adults and a almost 2 year old. Little mermaid standard. Also it is a room only rate since we're annual pass holders.

They have single day tickets

You can add them to your room reservation now. Since your child is under 3 years old, you can add two more people to your room (AoA LM has a max occupancy of 4 plus one under 3). You will be charged an extra adult fee of $15 per extra adult guest plus tax (so, total of $30 + tax extra for your parents). You will need to call in to modify or ask your TA to do it if you are using one.

Are they going to be there the entire trip? If you add them now they will be added for all nights.

I've often had kids join me for just part of my trip and in that case I add them at the resort on arrival so I only pay the extra fees for the nights they are there.

This is correct for the total stay, but for now, if the stay is classified as a room only booking, OP likely paid a 1-night deposit. For now, OP would only pay the difference on the deposit. with tax, that should be $33.75. (Balance due on arrival day, can cancel up to 5 days prior to arrival.)

[It is also possible OP's stay was booked as a package, even though the booking is only a hotel room. Terms are slightly different. If so, OP was initially asked to pay $200 deposit, with the balance due 45 days before arrival, that = a package. If so, the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If OP is less than 45 days to arrival, full payment will be due when she adds the 2 adults. (penalty fee if cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival)]
