My sister may have to go to Florida for work the week were at Disney and is thinking about joining us for a day in the parks. I’d like to add her to our room reservation so she can join us at emh,

We’re 3 and an infant so we won’t be going over room occupancy. I know I’d have to pay an extra adult fee for her.

Should I add her before we go (3 weeks!) or just once we get there add her at the front desk. She wouldn’t be coming until the second night of our trip.

Thanks!

Add her once you get there so you don't have to pay the extra adult fee for that 1st night. Then once she leaves go to the front desk and remove her.
