I recently purchased the Harry Potter package for myself, my mom, and my sister. Now, a friend of mine wants to go. She's more than than welcome. The more the merrier!!

Anyway, we paid in full on the website. Is there a way to add her to the package? We are going down a Wednesday to Monday in September, but she will only be there from Thursday to Sunday. The problem is that she'll need her own ticket to Three Broomsticks, so I can't just add her when she gets there.

Also, I have to do this quickly since the HP package is set to end tomorrow. Is there a way to do this on the website or do I need to call? If so, what number do I call?

Thanks for any help here!!

Hi,

Call the number for reservations and have yuour reservation number handy so they can add the 4th person to your booking. Her rate will be different than yours as she is staying less days. I dont have the number handy but it is on the universal website under contact us

I tried calling to see if I was able to do so, and given the changes to packages it was a confusing question, so I gave up.

Are you staying onsite?

Once you get there, just add her to the room ($25 extra per night) and buy her a ticket. She won't get to eat at the three broomsticks with you though.

If you are really lucky, the hotel will just give her her own room key and won't bother with the extra charge, but you should be prepared for it.

I was able to add my friend with no problem. I just called, explained that I needed to add another adult, and it was done. I also changed my Three Broomsticks reservations since I needed a new time in addition to the extra person being added. But again, it was no problem. I got a confirmation email right away.
