Most of the problems with tickets that I have to fix originate at resorts. You're better off doing anything ticket-related at a Guest Relations location or a park ticket window. We're not perfect but resort CMs don't receive the same training we do about tickets.
That said, resort CMs are supposed to be able to price bridge, but since they use a different system than we do at the parks, it's a more complicated procedure. I've looked it up in documentation and it looks like a pain. That's no excuse, though, it's their job to serve guests and if that's what the guest wants then they should be willing and able to do it.[/QUOTE
