I have a 10 day park hopper as part of my DW package. We will be there for 2 weeks and wanted to try the water parks out. Is there any discounted price for adding the 1 day water park ticket onto my package, or is it just the price that's showing on the DW website? I did not add the water park and more fun, onto the 10 day ticket. I just wanted to do a one day ticket for just the water parks.

Since you already have hoppers, adding the water park and more option will be cheaper than a one day water park ticket. I think it's $26 plus tax.

I have plans for all 10 days that are included on my ticket. If I add the water parks and more fun, and go to the water park, won't that take away from one of the 10 days?

No it will not take away from the 10, adding water park and more will give you 10 visits to the waterparks, mini golf etc

No. You will have 10 major park days and an additional 10 minor park admissions. They are completely separate from each other.

I'm sorry to hijack but my question is related - I have 5 day MYW tickets (no hopper). I want to do one water park day. I assume my cheapest option is to buy a one day ticket for water park separately ?
TIA

Yes.

Check out the "more" since you have basically 10 more entrances paid for. Disney quest etc )

Now I'm hijacking as well. My DH and I are trying to figure out what to do. We are going to purchase 5 day tickets with hoppers, if we add water fun and more, we could visit water parks, yet still have our five separate planned days in the parks, correct? I don't want to make a pricey mistake. Thank you!

Yes, you have 5 theme park days and 5 entitlements to water parks options such as choice of 2 water parks, choice of 2 mini golf courses (start before 4pm), DisneyQuest (which will be closing permanently), Oak Trail 9-hole golf course. You can leave and return to same water park same day for 1 entitlement. If you switch water parks on same day, you use 2 entitlements. You can use a theme park day and water park entitlement on the same day (such as water park then theme park), or you can use your assets on separate days.

Thank you! We'll be there in November, so I think we'll only have one water park to choose from, but it still seems to be the best deal! Thanks again - I think we were reading too much into it, and getting confused.

There's lots of confusion about the water parks option. But it's easy to understand once you get it. Typhoon Lagoon will be open, BB closed in November. If you're taking the bus, I think it's still the rule that after 2pm, the TL exiting buses all drop off at Epcot. From there, you take a resort bus. This is b/c of DTD construction.

I'm so glad I happened across this post... for some reason I thought that BB was open in November and TL was closed. What a shock to learn that my information was backwards!

Always good to check the internet. Go to http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/rehab.htm. Keep in mind that the WDW refurbishment schedule doesn't extend out an entire year. You should check quarterly to see about closings that might coincide with your trip plans.

I believe they alternate each year.

Two weeks? Take two days of wp and hit TL and BB. They are both awesome and relaxing. The wife floats for hours while I tumble down the plummet over and over....
