We're planning our first FW trip for late next year. The question that keeps coming up is, how long will it take us to get there?

We live in northern VT - read almost in Canada. How many days should we plan on traveling just to get there? My sister lives in the middle of NJ, and it took us almost 8 hours driving time just to get there in our Class C. Does the driving get easier once you're out of the Green Mountains and Adirondacks?

Thanks for any help.

The last time we drove from here in Delaware it took us 16hrs. of driving. We left here at 4am pulled into Disney at 8pm.

When you get past Washington the drive gets better. I would Plan to go through DC at night (after 9pm and before 5am (*** TRAFFIC and construction) also you must not use the tunnels in Baltimore. No propane allowed. I use 695 east if its not windy or raining. 695 west if it is.

How long are you staying at wdw?

Looks like you will be 2 / 3 days ahead of us
