Added Home in account but not points?

Good Morning! I closed on my second contract a little over 2 weeks ago. I already have the Grand Californian and I added Poly (same UY). Today I see Poly in my account but with 0 points for 2018 and 2019 when I should have full points. Is it normal for them to add the property to the account and then the points later?

Yes it’s completely normal. They will show up soon

One person (probably in member admin) completes the contract transfer. Then a manual points override is submitted to the other that handles those (maybe member accounting?). It probably won't happen until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend, but it will get updated.

There's no need to call or worry about it.
