We just bought a Toy Fox Terrier today, and my boys are very excited!! They are 7, and 9. Problem is we can't decide on a name!! We want a Disney name, but cannot use Minnie. Give us some good ideas. Oh yeah, she's a girl!!!!

Congratulations!! It's been a long time since I saw the movie, but the first thing I thought of was naming her after a character in the Fox and the Hound.

Congratulations on the new puppy! 7 & 9 are great ages for a dog. We got our boys (ages 8 & 10) a puppy last year (Labradoodle named Solomon). Enjoy!!

I remember that movie, but aren't the main characters boys?? Any girl dogs in the movie??

Yeah, I am pretty sure those are boy names. Copper is the main dog.

I am thinking something like Alice, Daisy, Lady or Nala????

Ariel - She'd like to be, under the sea. A great name for any water-loving girl dog.

Bambi - The long, lean, sporty dog who has a stump for a tail.
Beauty - This dog appeals to all beasts.
Belle - Beauty's real name in Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

Briar Rose - Sleeping Beauty's name while she hid out in the woods.
Bianca - The beautiful female mouse in Disney's The Rescuers.
Cinderella - "Someday, my prince will come... to take me away from all this domesticated drudgery."

Good luck with the name it took us a few days to agree on one. Also good luck on the housebreaking we are still working on that some days!!! And he's 6 months old although we didn't get to start the hosue breaking till 4 months and i've heard it's better if the are 8 weeks old when you start that, not 4 months! LOL But he's getting better!

In the long list of names, they left out Mulan! My two Chinese Shar-peis are Mushu and Mulan! Male and female.

Enjoy the new pup!

I have a bunny named Ashley Belle (not the one in the picture - that's Ralph). She's tan with gray streaks and looks like she rolled in the fireplace so she had to be named Ashley. I wanted her to have a Disney name too so we added Belle as her middle name. :)

As soon as I figure a way to post a pic I will. We (the kids mostly) decided on Lily from Tiger-Lily--Peter Pan! Also Walt's wife!! I liked Daisey too, but Lily won!!!:cheer2:

hi there, we have a 1 year old crazy yellow lab named "remi"...pups are so much work, BUT soooo much fun...ours was easy to house train, learned most of her tricks(spin, sit, lay, high five, shake a paw, belly rub, and ringing her bells to go out) by the time she was 4or 5 months, but she still chews everything in sight :confused3 :confused3 ...have fun
