Why can't we go to DL for EVERY vacation?

I love a bargain!
When I first planned this trip for 14 people, there were no discounts available. I crossed my fingers and told everyone that discounts usually came out so the cost would probably go down. Little did I know we would score Free Dining for December there was a little hitch: it was not good during our original dates. So after lightening fast research, and good info on the Disboards, I realized that if we checked in 2 days earlier, we would qualify for the free dining, and each family of 6 would save $1000, and the other room of 2 would save $400ish. Hooray!
Trip Details: Dec 2nd to Dec 12th Pop Century (5 Rooms) using regular DDP

Our Friends:
First of all let me just say that these people are angels they fostered adopted all of their kids, and they are not easy kids! This is their first WDW trip, we finally persuaded them to come with us. They have 4 kids: DD (14), DS (12), DS (11) and DS (8). We are totally excited to immerse them in some serious Disney magic, and some great food!
The Plan:
Dec 2nd: Arrival Day: Late so no specific plans
Dec 3rd: Disneys Hollywood Studios, dinner at 50s Prime Time Café, See Osbourne Lights
Dec 4th: Animal Kingdom, split dinners at Yachtsman Steakhouse, Cape May Café and Teppan Edo, See Illuminations
Dec 5th: Take it easy day, Lunches split at Whispering Canyon Café, Biergarten, and Askershus, Dinner at Le Cellier, See Candlelight Processional
Dec 6th: Magic Kingdom, dinner at Crystal Palace, see Wishes
Dec 7th: Epcot, dinner at Boma
Dec 8th: Epcot, adults only dinner at Narcossees
Dec 9th: Disneys Hollywood Studios, lunch Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package, late snack Sci Fi Drive Inn
Dec 10th: Animal Kingdom, adults trade off dinner at Yak & Yeti
Dec 11th: Magic Kingdom, Breakfast at Kona Café, Dinner at Ohana
Dec 12th: Departure Day
We leave tomorrow and I will try to update most trip days!
