Add to moonlight magic?

So, the stars aligned, and I will be at Disney during one of the mm events. I’m already registered for the number of people in my room.

Just found out even more stars aligned, and 3 more family can join us. And the mm event is not sold out!

I added them to my room Reservation and called member services who told me changes to mm reservation can only be done on line. I went on line, and it says I can’t add more. Apparently it’s not seeing the reservation change.

So how to I add them to my mm reservation?

Any changes to occupancy had to be done prior to the date for the onsite booking.

Unfortunately, they will only allow more than 4 for guests added to the reservation 48 hours in advance,

Your change afterwards doesn’t count for getting more tickets, even though it isn’t sold out.

It wouldn’t hurt to send an email to find out if they can do anything given there are still tickets, but technically, the change is too late to qualify.

you get good news, I will tell you though the reservation won’t update on its own. I had an issue and they had to manually change it and add the extra person and resend the email. And this was when the guests were there already but I modified to change out points used,
