Add or cancel a person....?? please advise quickly..

We are thinking of going over Christmas Break, I just checked and found I can still get a room checking in on Dec. 23rd with the discount package.

Problem: My hubby may not be able to get vacation, but he said we could go without him, to book it and add him if he does get vacation time.

Or should we add him now and cancel him?

Will we be allowed to add or cancel him without losing our package discount/room ressies? It would be me and my 2 kids without him.

Any advice?

Yes, you can add or cancel up until 45 days out without penalty. If you are getting insurance, I would not put him on now (you will lose the insurance money if you cancel him). I would put him on if you aren't getting the insurance, as the optimist in me would want him to come

There is a change fee of $50 if you change your package 21 or fewer days prior to arrival - but this only applies if your rate goes down. If the price goes up, they waive the fee.

Cancellation penalties begin at 45 days prior to arrival, but change fees don't begin until 21 days prior to arrival.
